Model Protocols on Safety Planning & Screening Practices for Domestic Violence Victims with Disabilities by Cathy Hoog, Abused Deaf Women's Advocacy Services for the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence (Revised 2004)

These protocols were designed to help domestic violence programs in Washington State expand their advocacy practices to provide quality services to victims with disabilities. Note: The sample intake procedures are intended to be used with all victims, including those who do not necessarily disclose a disability. The goal of these documents is to create accessible programs for everyone.
