Summary

An Evidence-Based Review of Sexual Assault Preventive Intervention Programs (September 2004) by Shannon Morrison, Jennifer Hardison, Anita Mathew, Joyce O'Neil

This report provides an overview of sexual assault preventive interventions that have been evaluated, evaluation research and gaps in that research,and recommendations for future research and prevention program development. It discusses the fact that many promising sexual assault prevention strategies have not been evaluated, specifically prograns that are targerted for younger children and provide opportunties for primary prevention.
